I really love our days at the lake. These images were taken 4th of July weekend and I’m really glad that we took the time to do them between hanging out at a friend’s house watching the flotilla and cooking out with family before fireworks. This summer was kind of a weird one for us. I think we were almost too busy with other things and didn’t give ourselves enough time to relax. We put the boat in and never went out on it. I know…it’s crazy, right? I’m hoping we can change that here in the next couple of weeks as it’s starting to get chilly, and the lake gets a little bit quieter. And next year we’ll just try again.
